Fractal Fill
A space-filling Gosper-style curve modulated by source tone.
Fractal constructs a recursive hexagonal curve large enough to cover the selected bounds. Individual curve segments become stronger in darker regions, letting the image emerge through a continuous mathematical structure.
Controls
- Thickness controls segment weight.
- Spacing selects the curve's effective scale and complexity.
- Angle rotates the curve field.
- Organic perturbs segments and weight while keeping the seeded result repeatable.
Try Thickness 5, Spacing 14–22, Angle 30°, Organic 0.
Color
Static mode emphasizes the mathematical path. Dynamic Color samples each segment from the source and creates a mosaic-like curve.
Performance
Recursive curves can produce many segments. If interaction or expansion becomes slow, increase Spacing before changing other controls. Use low Organic for a crisp mathematical result and moderate Organic for a hand-drawn maze.
